Vacuums, Brooms and Toilets (oh no!)

I’m really excited to teach PMC the Basics on Friday.  It’s been a long time since I’ve taught so I’m nervous too. Luckily, I have 3 great students coming and I know we are gonna have a blast.  I bought some compound to make texture molds and some new rubber stamps too.  My only concern will be closing the store early and getting everything set up fast enough.

Yesterday was a day of annoyance.  I had the plumber come out and fix the toilet.  Tried to vacuum after he left only to discover the vacuum was now pushing out what used to be sucked in!  Then I tried cleaning the garage which was a mess from the whole “I have 2 weeks to get a store put together” cyclone.  Also, a lot of leaves and dead bugs had decided to use my garage as their final resting place.  So I set off to Target.  We needed food (we always need food).  I needed a broom and sadly, a vacuum.  Got it all unloaded at home and set about cleaning the garage. That was a lot of sweeping and creative re-arranging.  Put the vacuum together (the cheap ones require assembly) and sucked up the dirt that the old one expelled.  Cleaned all 3 bathrooms. At that point exhaustion was settling in so I showered, put on a dress and set off for a relaxing evening with my baby. His company, mexican food and a margarita made everything all better!

Today i am going to be LAZY!  Ive got PMC calling my name and a possible trip to Balboa Island in my future.  Tomorrow, the store opens at 11 but until then, I’ll be enjoying the cooler weather and some yummy fine silver!  Have a great day everyone!
